How soon can I get a technician to attend an urgent job?

Securetek has a 24hrs service and aim to respond to your request ASAP. In any cases of emergency please contact Securetek on 1300 763 105. 

How soon can a consultant be arranged?

A consultant will be in touch you within 24 business hours. We will either give you a call or email to arrange a time at your convenience to discuss your requirements. 

Is an Integrated Electronic Security System expensive?

All systems are specifically created and designed to suit your personal needs. Securetek Security Group will strive to provide you the most efficient and effective services available while keeping your budget in mind. Securetek stands by the services and equipment used on projects. All new installations are provided with a 12 month warranty on new parts and services carried out.

How long will an install job take?

All jobs are personal and will vary depending on the size of the installation. Securetek will strive to finalise and commission all projects within a suitable time frame. All details will be discussed by the consultants and all jobs will be conducted at your convenience. 

Do you do safe installations?

Securetek offers a variety of services directly related to safes. Our consultants not only explore the wide range of safes with you to make sure you select the most suitable safe to do the job you need it to. In addition to supplying and installing safes, our specially trained technicians also move and relocate safes. Equipped with specialist tools, Securetek can provide you with the high level of service and customer satisfaction expected. 

What do I need to do if I need a key cut?

If you have a restricted key on our system, please download the key request form, complete and fax to 02 9764 3639 or email to info@securetek.com.au. A consultant will contact you with a confirmation or any enquiries.
